Founding seats
Founding price $7/mo
Founding seats: $7/mo for the first 100 Pro subscribers. Your price renews every year you stay active. Monthly billing only.
Full rules
- 01The first 100 paid Pro subscribers get Pro at $7/mo, with the same 2,000 credits a month, and a Founding member badge.
- 02The price is held for 12 months from your first payment. It is not locked for life.
- 03Each year we check your seat: if you paid for at least 3 of the last 12 months, it renews at $7 for another 12 months. If not, the seat is released and you move to Pro at $9/mo (or Free if you've left).
- 04If you run no investigations for 10 months in a row, the seat is released early with the same outcome.
- 05We email you 30 days before a release and again on the day.
- 06Released seats go back to the pool for the next new subscriber.
- 07Founding seats are monthly billing only. Upgrading to Pro+ gives up the founding price; we warn you before you confirm.

Pricing questions
- What is a credit?
- A credit is what an investigation costs. A Quick investigation is 20 credits and a Standard one is 40. Viewing results, the graph, and exports cost nothing.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- No. Subscription credits reset every month. Top-up credits are different: they're spent after your monthly credits and last 12 months.
- How much can I top up?
- Any whole-dollar amount from $5 to $500, at 100 credits per dollar. Bigger top-ups get a volume bonus (+10% from $25, +20% from $50), and subscribers get a further bonus on top: +20% on Pro, +30% on Pro+.
- Do top-up credits expire?
- Yes, 12 months after purchase. They're spent after your monthly credits.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What if a run fails?
- Failed and cancelled runs are refunded automatically in credits. You never pay for an investigation that didn't complete.
- What does annual billing save?
- Annual billing gives 2 months free: Pro is $90 a year and Pro+ is $190 a year. Founding seats are monthly only.
- How do the founding seats work?
- Founding price $7/mo, kept every year you stay active. The first 100 paid Pro subscribers get $7/mo for 12 months, renewed each year you stay active. The full rules are on this page.
- How do I pay?
- By card at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which adds any applicable tax and emails your receipt. Cancel any time from Billing in the app.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Email support@voidaccess.pro within 14 days of a payment and we'll refund it in full, as long as you haven't used the credits it bought.
